If we have built something for your business, your instructions live at a link of your own - not here. It is device-aware, it can be corrected without sending you anything new, and it is not indexed or shared.
Lost the link? Reply to any email from us and we will reissue it.
Why your guide is not on this page
A public help centre describing your systems tells anyone reading what you run and how. We do not publish that about our clients.

Your dashboard link does not open
Put the address you used below and we will send it again. It is always the same dashboard - we never make a second one - so an older email keeps working too.
The chat widget is on every page and reaches a person when one is at a keyboard. If that is not now, use the contact page — it goes to an inbox that is read.
If something we built for you has stopped working, reply to any email from us with what you saw. Attach the screenshot. We would rather have the screenshot than a careful description.
We answer within one working day. If something live is broken, say so in the first line and it goes to the front.
Is it working right now
There is no automated status page yet. It is planned, and it answers one specific confusion: when something cannot reach us, the message looks the same whether our end is down or your access has expired. Until it is built, ask and we will tell you which.
