What exactly do I get, and when?
A finished, platform-ready music video, plus the scene plan and your revision rounds. Turnaround depends on tier.
These steps are for any device.
Do this
Every tier gives you: a finished video cut to your track, the scene plan behind it, and a record of what made each stage and where a director stepped in.

The clock starts when your order is complete: lyrics, track and brief. If a piece is missing, it waits on you, not on us, and we will tell you which piece. We will not let the clock look like it is running.
A round of notes is one batch, done in one go. On Pro and Ultra you can also ask us to fix a single scene without using up a round.
If that does not work
If your delivery link has expired, ask and we will issue a new one. Links expire on purpose; the file is not gone.
If you cannot reach your portal at all, reply to your order email and we will send the files directly.
If something goes wrong

| “This link has expired” | Delivery links are time-limited. Ask for a new one — your files are still here. |
| The video has not arrived and turnaround has passed | Check whether your submission was complete. If it was, tell us and it goes to the front. |
| I want a change that is not in my revision rounds | Tell us what it is. Small scene fixes on Pro and Ultra often do not cost a round. |
Still stuck
If something about your delivery is wrong, reply to your order email with the order number. We would rather fix it than have you accept it.
